Our requirements to get you started are minimal - the first being that we need your Leadership commitment. A product or a tool by itself does not drive improvements unless there is a commitment from the highest echelon of the organization to improve processes through use of data – accurate data. We establish a two-way lane with you with BRG doing the sweat-work while you use the facts to use and improve the accuracy of the data through constant use. CompreViewTM is easy and the team can get familiar with the usage in less than 2 days.
We need data from you – a data dump that we initially sort through to collect historical sales, shipments, costs, pricing data, preferably from the last three years. We also collect data on batch size, process cycle times, QC, market segments, accounts payables or receivables and inventory if available. We work through the data set and talk to your staff to help understand your processes. We set up your process on CompreViewTM. Once the data is validated, we deploy our ETL data specialist who establishes the process of collecting data daily from your Enterprise level system or a variety of systems that may even include log books and spreadsheets.
We take between 6 to 12 weeks depending on complexity to set up this process. We require your support and inputs in a timely manner to be able to meet this timeline. However, the time to set up your data in our product is among the shortest implementation time within the industry. |
