Roger Schumann CFO
Roger is currently also assisting in commercializing the organization as Vice President-Business Development. He has more than 14 years experience working in Finance. He worked in the Corporate Finance Department of Nedship Bank, a leading provider of asset lending and finance solutions to the shipping industry worldwide. Thereafter he was responsible for the Treasury function of SNS Bank N.V, The Netherlands. Roger relocated to the US in March 2008. He is a graduate of Business Administration from the European Institute in The Hague, the Netherlands.

Ram Mohan Vice President – India
Ram leads the 100% subsidiary of BRG - “Business Renaissance Research India Private Limited” in Bangalore, India. He has more than 14 years of experience in network and data management technologies and has handled various Engineering and Management roles at Novell, HP, Cisco Systems and Dell India. Ram has a B.E. in Computer Science from the Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Louisiana State University, USA.

Charles Wicker Chief Marketing Officer
Charles Wicker (Choppy) has over 30 years experience in marketing, product, and business development.  He worked as the Director of Product and Market Innovation and helped in building Garden Way / Troy-Bilt from a small company to $310 million in revenues. Since 2001, he has been a marketing and management consultant with numerous tech start-ups.

Milind Joshi Chief Technology Officer
Milind began his quest for software development at the age of 12. With over 20 years of experience in Software Technologies, Milind leads a team of technology resources fully dedicated since early 2007 to develop BRG’s product and technology platform. The combined experience of the technology team is more than 80 people-years encompassing expertise in developing ERP systems, BI platforms, data capture and document scanning techniques. Milind has a Bachelor of Engineering degree and a post-graduate diploma in Software Technology from India. He is pursuing Graduate Studies in Machine Learning and Computational Linguistics at the University of Toronto which has given him the background to bring research knowledge into applied practice.

The operations team in India includes data analysts and market researchers. Most of them are post graduates, have worked with Fortune 500 companies and have strong Financial, Market research and Data Analytics experience.  The data analysis team has extensive experience in Data Analysis and Management, ETL/EDI and BI technologies.
